First Christian Church offers Christian education opportunities for children and adults. All members and guests are invited to participate in all education opportunities.
Sunday School
(Sunday at 9:25 AM)Youth attend Sunday School classes by grade level during the school year. Summer Sundays include special themed programs.
Current adult classes include a class that focuses on scripture and a second Young at Heart class that spends time exploring issues related to spirituality and family life.
Children’s Worship
(Last Sunday of each month)Young children (4 to kindergarten) participate in their own worship service during the last part of the regular worship service.
Midweek Renewal
(Wednesday at 6:15 PM, preceded by dinner at 5:30)Youth and adults meet for informal learning opportunities. On the fourth Wednesday of the month, the meetings are replaced by a potluck fellowship dinner with program at 6:30.
Bell Choir
(Wednesday at 7:00 PM)Youth learn and practice playing songs using hand bells.
